The exercise schedule will be the same for this and next couple of weeks-- Monday and Wednesday at 9 am and Tuesday at 6 pm. When we get closer to the Christmas holiday we will post the schedule for that period. As of now we are thinking there would be no class on December 24, 25, 26, and 31 and none on January 1.
We continue to use your donations to add to our equipment. Another exercise video is coming early next week and we plan to get a few more "light" resistance bands. Based on the survey responses, we plan to add a Friday morning session starting in early January.
The Tilghman Exercise Group provides walking groups, a low-tech exercise circuit, structured classes, and workout videos for all ages and all levels. Many exercises are available with a choice of either standing or sitting. This is a community-based, non-intimidating way to get started on an exercise program with support from friends and neighbors.
Come for 20-30 minutes or stay for as long as two hours!
Feel free to come for as long or as short a period as suits you. Work the exercise stations and and/or stay for classes or conversations with friends and neighbors.
A circuit of exercise stations is available throughout each two-hour period. Walking groups leave from the church, weather permitting. In addition, there are instructor-led exercise segments, yoga and meditation classes, and special presentations about nutrition and food choices and preparation. Video exercise sessions, targeted exercise classes, and more are provided throughout the week.

Certified Massage Therapist
We are trying to see if there is interest in massage services and, if so, when to best schedule the sessions. These will initially be donation based, just like the yoga classes.
