Healthy Tilghman Exercise Group…

…provides a community-based exercise and nutrition program at no charge for all ages and all levels of experience.

Our schedule for February through April, 2020 is:

Monday Morning
9:00-9:45 Cardio and strength 
9:45-10:00 Pilates 
10:00-10:30 Tai Chi

Wednesday Morning
9:00-9:45 Cardio and strength
9:45-10:00 Kick boxing
10:00-10:30 Stretch and balance

10:00 – 10:30 Sit and be fit – chair exercises (in small room at back of Annex)

Thursday Evening
6:00-7:00 Exercise with Christina (fun, mixed workouts)

Friday Morning
9:00-9:45 Cardio and strength

10:00-10:30 Zumba

10:00 – 10:30 Sit and be fit – chair exercises (in small room at back of Annex)

All classes are held in the Tilghman United Methodist Church Annex

The Tilghman Exercise Group provides structured classes, and workout videos for all ages and all levels. This is a community-based, non-intimidating way to get started on and stay with an exercise program with support from friends and neighbors.

Come for 20-30 minutes or stay for the entire session! Feel free to come for as long or as short a period as suits you. Stay for classes or conversations with friends and neighbors.

A dozen people attended the exercise class on Monday, 9/24/18.  The number is growing and so is the enthusiasm!
